Es un m\u00e9todo de conocimiento y clasificaci\u00f3n de la conducta laboral de los individuos y de su relaci\u00f3n con los roles que desempe\u00f1an o que pueden llegar a desempe\u00f1ar. Nos explica las preferencias que las personas tienen para comunicarse, tomar decisiones, gestionar, liderar, abordar desaf\u00edos y, en general, aquellas \u201chabilidades blandas\u201d que generan resultados laborales exitosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El DISC puede ser entendido tambi\u00e9n como&nbsp;un lenguaje universal, neutral y silencioso que provee una visi\u00f3n del estilo&nbsp;de comportamiento&nbsp;observable de una persona evaluando la combinaci\u00f3n \u00fanica de 4 factores claves. Es un excelente m\u00e9todo para profundizar en el&nbsp;autoconocimiento y en la toma de consciencia de qu\u00e9 impacto tienen las propias&nbsp;preferencias de comunicaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n en nuestro entorno profesional y personal.&nbsp;Del mismo modo, nos permite reconocer las preferencias de trabajo de otros (clientes, compa\u00f1eros, colaboradores, jefaturas) y dise\u00f1ar estrategias para una mayor sinton\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El DISC, no explica en su totalidad las din\u00e1micas de las interacciones entre los seres humanos, ya que cuando nos relacionamos, nos aproximamos al otro con nuestro estilo DISC, pero tambi\u00e9n se suman nuestras experiencias previas, percepciones, juicios, emociones y motivaciones. Sin embargo, \u00e9ste modelo puede ayudarnos a sostener&nbsp;y cultivas&nbsp;de manera m\u00e1s efectiva las relaciones interpersonales y la gesti\u00f3n en nuestro trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les con los Factores B\u00e1sicos DISC?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas las personas comparten estos 4 estilos en diferentes grados de intensidad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D DOMINANCIA\/ C\u00f3mo usted responde a los problemas y desaf\u00edos<\/strong>.&nbsp;Conducta orientada a la acci\u00f3n, a la r\u00e1pida soluci\u00f3n de problemas, a la toma de decisiones y a la asunci\u00f3n de riesgos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I INFLUENCIA\/ C\u00f3mo convence a otros de su punto de vista.<\/strong>&nbsp;Conducta orientada a las personas, a la interacci\u00f3n, a las relaciones interpersonales, al uso de la persuasi\u00f3n y la influencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S ESTABILIDAD\/ C\u00f3mo usted responde al ritmo del ambiente<\/strong>.&nbsp;Conducta orientada a los m\u00e9todos, a mantener el equilibrio, la armon\u00eda y el \u201cstatus quo\u201d en un ambiente seguro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C CUMPLIMIENTO\/ C\u00f3mo responde a procedimientos y reglas establecidos por otros<\/strong>.&nbsp;Conducta orientada a la explicaci\u00f3n, a la investigaci\u00f3n de datos e informaci\u00f3n, a la calidad del desempe\u00f1o propio y ajeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investigaciones de&nbsp;<strong><em>TTI Success Insights<\/em><\/strong>, l\u00edder mundial en la medici\u00f3n cient\u00edfica del DISC en organizaciones, &nbsp;plantean que en la&nbsp;<strong>muestra Latinoamericana<\/strong>&nbsp;el Estilo D+ est\u00e1 presente en un 16% de la poblaci\u00f3n, el Estilo I+ en un 35%, el Estilo S+ en un 32% y el Estilo C+ en un 17%, no existiendo diferencias relevantes de g\u00e9nero o edad, raz\u00f3n por la cual se le considera como un Lenguaje Universal para interactuar con las dem\u00e1s personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Algunas caracter\u00edsticas de los Estilos DISC<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los&nbsp;Estilos&nbsp;<strong>Dominantes (D)<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>Influyentes (I)<\/strong>, se comportan de manera extrovertida, activa, y prefieren hablar fuerte y r\u00e1pido.Los estilos&nbsp;<strong>Estables (S)<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>Cumplidores (C)<\/strong>, son introvertidos, pasivos y prefieren escuchar, hablando bajo y lento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los Dominantes&nbsp;<strong>(D)<\/strong>&nbsp;est\u00e1n enfocados a los resultados y los desaf\u00edos. Los Influyentes<strong>&nbsp;(I)<\/strong>&nbsp;se orientan al trato amigable y a la experiencia agradable. Los Estables&nbsp;<strong>(S)<\/strong>&nbsp;buscan un trato relajado y personal as\u00ed como el resguardo de la estabilidad. Los Cumplidores&nbsp;<strong>(C)<\/strong>&nbsp;est\u00e1n enfocados a la informaci\u00f3n&nbsp;&nbsp;y al cumplimiento de altos est\u00e1ndares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para una mayor sinton\u00eda con los dem\u00e1s, el DISC plantea que un comunicador(a) efectivo(a) debe primero reconocer su propio estilo de comportamiento y luego identificar el estilo de los dem\u00e1s, para dise\u00f1ar estrategias de adaptaci\u00f3n que generen mayor sinton\u00eda. Es as\u00ed como cada estilo preferir\u00e1 en la comunicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dominante Alto:<\/strong>&nbsp;Una comunicaci\u00f3n directa, r\u00e1pida y centrada en la efectividad y los resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Influyente Alto:<\/strong>&nbsp;Una comunicaci\u00f3n entusiasta y \u00e1gil, centrada en la experiencia positiva y la interacci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estable Alto:<\/strong>&nbsp;Una comunicaci\u00f3n cercana y amistosa, centrada en el resguardo de la estabilidad y las rutinas de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cumplidor Alto:<\/strong>&nbsp;Una comunicaci\u00f3n formal y basadas en datos, con alto foco en la calidad, la informaci\u00f3n y el cumplimiento de las normas
